Privacy Policy

HoldHer: Reset helps you interrupt distracting app usage, breathe before re-opening selected apps, and understand your usage patterns. This policy explains what data is handled by the app, what stays on your device, and what services we use to operate subscriptions and analytics.

What we collect

Local app data. Your setup, selected categories, selected app counts, breathing sessions, streaks, and pattern history are saved locally on your device.

Screen Time data. With your permission, HoldHer uses Apple Screen Time frameworks to monitor selected apps, apply shields, and show usage reports. Apple controls access to this data, and HoldHer does not receive a list of your installed apps unless you choose apps through Apple’s picker.

Analytics events. We use Firebase Analytics to understand onboarding drop-off, feature usage, purchases, restores, and app stability. These events use an anonymous local app identifier and are not used for advertising.

Purchase data. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. HoldHer receives subscription status so premium access can be unlocked and restored.

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We do not use your data for advertising profiles.
• We do not use IDFA or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
• We do not store voice recordings because HoldHer: Reset does not record voice sessions.

How we protect your data

Data sent to Firebase, RevenueCat, and Apple is transmitted over encrypted connections. Local HoldHer data remains on your device unless you choose to reset it or Apple/RevenueCat process purchase-related information.

Your choices

You can delete local HoldHer data from Settings inside the app. If you have a privacy request related to analytics or purchase records, email privacy@holdher.ai and we will process it within 30 days where applicable.

If you are in the EU or UK, you may have additional rights under GDPR and UK GDPR including the right to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing.

Cookies and analytics

We use analytics to understand product usage and improve the app. We do not use advertising cookies in the app. See our Cookie Policy for the website cookie policy.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page. The updated date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
