What HoldHer is

HoldHer: Reset is a behavior and focus tool that helps you interrupt distracting app usage, complete guided breathing sessions, and review personal usage patterns. It is not therapy, crisis support, medical care, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

Screen Time permissions

Some features require Apple Screen Time permissions. You control which apps or categories are selected through Apple’s system picker. HoldHer relies on Apple frameworks to apply shields and report selected usage data.

Subscriptions

HoldHer Premium unlocks app tracking, app locking, breathing access, patterns, history, and restore support. Subscription billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in App Store settings before the end of the current billing period. You can restore purchases in the app after reinstalling or changing devices.

Acceptable use

Please do not use HoldHer to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our systems.
• Circumvent Apple Screen Time, purchase, or access controls.
• Use the app in any way that could harm another person.

Local data

HoldHer is local-first. Resetting local data inside the app removes your local setup and session history from that device. App Store purchase history and subscription management remain controlled by Apple.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we will update this page. Continuing to use HoldHer after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
